The Covenant Easter Collection
1. Personalised & Custom Products
All personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer.
For this reason, custom and personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please ensure all spelling, names, dates, and details submitted are correct before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

Defective
Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
If approved, we will:
Replace the item, or
Offer a suitable solution at our discretion.
3. Non-Personalised Items
If a product is not personalised and is unused, it may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to:
Item being in original condition
Return shipping cost covered by the customer
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Gifted Worx is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
At Gifted Worx, every item is created with love and attention to detail. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, please allow time for production before shipping.

• All items are made to order.
• Standard production time: 10-14 working days
• Bulk orders (10+ items) may take 14-21 working days
• During peak seasons (school launches, holidays, special collections), turnaround times may be slightly longer.
You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for collection or dispatch.

• Nationwide shipping available
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Courier fee is calculated at checkout (based on location & weight)

• Collection available in Benoni / Gauteng area
• Collection details will be sent once your order is ready

📍 Tracking
If your order is sent via courier, you will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
